Synopsis

A story you won’t forget from #1 New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling author Maya Banks Mistress. It sounded so sordid, so impersonal, so far removed from the kind of relationship Marley Jameson had with Greek hotel magnate Chrysander Anetakis. Until it all came crashing down around them. Three months later, Marley awakened in the hospital with no memory of what happened before she got there. She couldn’t remember her past, Chrysander … or the baby she carried. All she knew was that when Chrysander showed up and whisked her away to his private Greek island, being with him felt like home. Until she remembered the truth … The Mistress was originally published as The Tycoon’s Pregnant Mistress in 2009.

About Maya Banks

Maya Banks is an American author, writing erotica romance, romantic suspense, contemporary romance, and Scottish historical romance. No Place to Run brought the New York Times best seller list award and was followed by a trilogy of erotica romance novels entitled Sweets. Some critics accused Sweets to be a knock off version of Fifty Shades of Grey, but Sweets was published several years prior to that publication. She has written over 50 novels.

When asked once, she said the most rewarding part of writing for her was meeting so many wonderful readers, who love the books in the romance genre as much as she did.

On being asked about her approach, Banks has said......"I approach writing the way I approach reading, because I am a voracious reader, so I write what I love to read".

3 stars I've already said what I think about these two books. My review of Marinelli's story is here. My review of Banks's story is here. I liked Maya's story more but they're both just typical harlequins. Don't expect much depth lol.......more

I read just the Maya Banks story, The guy was Greek, I am Greek so I just had to see. It seems I never learn(especially when you consider that I actually read the second one as well). Having enjoyed the author's Highlander books so much I expected better from her. The book was ridiculously bad resear......more

What can I say the synopsis suckered me in, not Maya’s best but still entertaining nonetheless. I am curious about the next one in the series.......more

This is a re-read from last year which was a re-read of The Tycoon's Pregnant Mistress. I originally picked this up, because I’m a sucker for amnesia storylines, but it's OTT ridonkulous, drama-llama. Chrysander Anetakis cruelly throws his mistress Marley from his penthouse (he thinks she stole comp......more
