Synopsis

Willette Archer has a secret—though some would argue how well kept it actually is. As right-hand woman and best friend to the owner of Bird's Eye Tattoo Studio, her job has become her whole life. So, she occupies her days with shop decisions to avoid her disappointing dating life.

Of course, that might also have something to do with her two-decade old infatuation with her aforementioned best friend's older brother.

Derek Tanner is at a loss—with basically everything. His apartment lease is up, most of his belongings are somewhere in storage, and the good doctor has been pulling extra shifts at the hospital due to lack of staff. His life is chaos. Thanks to these wonderful circumstances, dating is nowhere on his radar.

When his little brother suggests he stay in Willette's spare room for the time being, he's both grateful and hesitant. Sure, he grew up with Will, but they've never been as close—let alone in close quarters.

It doesn't take very long for Doctor Derek to start seeing Will in a new light.

When boundaries are crossed and relationships are finally taken to the next level, will Willette get exactly what she's been hoping for since childhood?

Contains mature themes.

About Kat Savage

Kat Savage resides in Louisville, Kentucky, with her three beautiful children, her hunky spouse, and two spoiled dogs. She secretly has hopes of getting chickens one day.

By day, she's an office manager, pushing paperwork and dreaming. When she's not at her nine-to-five, she's writing. Or thinking about writing. Or preparing books and book stuff to procrastinate writing. Or quite possibly, designing stuff for other people's books.

I spent the summer of the major Watergate revelations in a Michigan cabin with my brother and a close friend. Having no television, we followed the news by radio and the press, purchasing copies of both Newsweek and Time weekly. It was delightful. Of the Watergate creeps, G. Gordon Liddy was the most......more

If there's a single-best resource for understanding "Watergate" and its key tangents, this is it. My reading copy of Will: The Autobiography of G Gordon Liddy, appears to be a first edition from 1980. I remember having bought it in 1981, and subsequently began working my way though the major Watergat......more

An intriguing book about a fascinating, self absorbed, self worshipping, self flagellating zealot. G. Gordon Liddy so loathed his own perceived weaknesses that he spent his life trying to obliterate any trace of them. The end result was a character so flawed and driven and emotionally bankrupt as to......more

It is the story of a man’s loyalty to a president who must resign due to his cover up of his overzealous staff. It is a fascinating tale that starts with G. Gordon Liddy’s childhood. He was afraid of everything. He went to bed praying until he fell asleep because he feared what would happen if he di......more
