Wonderful book for me. As a child, my dad took me to many national track meets and he talked about the great track stars. He was huge Banister fan. So, this book brought back so many memories.......more

I am a runner and fully aware of the significance of the 4 min mile and obviously wanted to know how it was broken. However, the writer does a poor job of it. Books such as this should have been written by an experienced sports runner familiar with the running or an ex-runner. As such Neal's lack of......more
