Seems reasonable. Follow a script including chit-chat, agenda, determining pain points, assuming the sale, telling stories of examples of people like the prospects. Do all this on top of introvert's innate listening skills, etc.......more

If it was giving out dating advice, this book would list stuff like getting a shower, wearing clean clothes and having a haircut. It is basic, but it gets you 80% there as the same percentage of people just overlook these things looking for the secret sauce.......more
