Synopsis

Schopenhauer is considered to be the most readable of German philosophers. His main work is in history of philosophy, specializing in the philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer and Friedrich Nietzsche. Janaway's books include Schopenhauer: A Very Short Introduction and Beyond Selflessness: Reading Nietzsche's Genealogy.
