About Barbie Bohrman

Barbie Bohrman was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Her inspiration for Promise Me comes from a real-life heartache she suffered as a teenager. She was recently encouraged to pursue her dream of writing after winning a prologue contest and being taken firmly in hand by some of the other entrants, who noticed her work and gave her the courage to take things to the next level.Bohrman currently lives in New Jersey with her two children. She speaks English and Spanish fluently; her hobbies include movies, great TV shows, playing poker, reading, and indulging in pop culture.
