An interesting book about Cuba in general and Havana in particular. It covers all the time from the 'discovery' of Cuba by the Spanish on through the reign of Fidel Castro. It also does not that the world came very close to nuclear war during the Cuban Missile Crisis. The Spanish discovers and settle......more

Disappointed It is well written but the history of Havana is skimmed over and in very short detail. It does cover the basic history of Cuba but nothing more.......more
