This book definitely delivers what the title promises, though it is a book about Wicca and not necessarily broader witchcraft themes. Sparse and sketchy when dealing with transgender identity (chapter 14 on Turning the Wheel of the Year has a subsection on "Transgenderism and Magick" that just contains the platitude that all of us contain masculine and feminine energy, and suggests cross dressing).
