Great book for anyone with aging parents. There’s a quiz at the beginning to help you identify toxic behaviors and each chapter has some very thought provoking scenarios for you to see how the authors techniques play out. This is an excellent book if your parent is emotionally immature and/or has a cluster B type personality.
