What a mess. Neggers is hit or miss for me and this was definitely a miss. The best developed character was one of the villains. I thought Cold Pursuit was well-written, but it just didn't grab my interest or attention. I made myself finish it, but I realized half-way through that I really didn't care about the characters at all. I will probably try one of Neggers' other works, though.......more

This didn't do it for me. I couldn't bring myself to care for any of the characters, and there were quite a few of them. I also really, really disliked Elijah. I don't find jerks appealing. You're over 30, dude. Grow up and learn to communicate.......more
