Lissa Marie Redmond is the author of the Cold Case Investigation mystery series and also a stand-alone mystery novel. She is a retired cold–case homicide detective who has handled a number of high–profile cases and has appeared on numerous television shows, including Dateline and Murder by Numbers. Her short fiction has appeared in Buffalo Noir, Down & Out: The Magazine, and other publications. She is a member of Sisters in Crime, Mystery Writers of America, and International Thriller Writers.

This was a great, fast paced read. The main character is a strong willed single mum who works not only on cold cases with the police but also as a private investigator on a high profile murder case.
