Synopsis

Max Beerbohm crafts a delightful satire set in the hallowed halls of Oxford. As infatuations turn to comically tragic extremes, Beerbohm explores themes of beauty, vanity, and the folly of love in this whimsical tale that deftly skewers Edwardian society.
