DNF 36% of the way in. Couldn't hold my attention. Too many characters and POVs. I don't know if the magic system gets better explained later on, but 36% of the way in, there was pretty much nothing. Too young for me anyway.......more

I felt like this book had so much potential, and it had multiple plot lines, where any individual line could have been a book; however, as written, it had no real climaxes (maybe 1/5 you could argue).
