Thich Nhat Hanh was born in central Vietnam in 1926 and lived in a country at war until he was forced into exile in the 1960s for advocating peace between the warring sides. [drawing] the connection between personal, inner peace and peace on Earth." Thich Nhat Hanh returned to Vietnam after more than half a century in exile and died in January 2022.
