About Walter Scott

Sir Walter Scott (1771–1832) was a Scottish historical novelist, playwright, and poet, popular throughout much of the world during his time. I really enjoyed The Talisman. The Scottish Knight and the Moslem of many, many disguises. The story has everything with romance, chivalry, treason, intrigue and a brave dog.
