"The Ghoul and the Corpse" is a short story by the one-time Weird Tales author G. A. Wells, published in the very first issue of the magazine -- March 1923. "Entombed for uncounted ages in the blue heart of an Arctic glacier, the knife-clutching corpse of a prehistoric man awakens by firelight."
