4 stars I enjoyed this Christmas novella by Melody Carlson set during World War 2. It was a bit predictable, sure, but sweet. 3.5/5 A cute little novella, but I felt like the writing was a bit childish and the protagonist never really seems to be like, "Hey, this is a problem" in regards to sleeping with a guy she wasn't married to ... even though yeah it was. That said, it was mostly quite well handled.......more
