Very cute book about a bird who wants a family and adopts (or maybe kidnaps) 10 little eggs. All turn out vastly different but are formed into a unique loving family. Nice rhyming. Beautiful illustrations with lots of detail to encourage conversation and interaction.......more

5/13/2020 ~ I think this is supposed to be an animal stand-in for blended families (adoption, foster). I found it too silly to be thought provoking.
