Overall a great book on how to exercise when you work at home. I actually don’t work at home. I work outside the house however, I found many of the tips to be helpful. I got this book because I will try and incorporate more movement in my life I will say that summer suggestions like taking a walk in......more

This book is more focused for people who work in an office or spend a lot of time at a desk. It defines some important things about posture, but then it was basically just showing a bunch of yoga poses. Great for a sedentary person but not a lot for an active person to improve their posture each day......more
