Shepherd of Tomorrow

John Shepherd is a mute kid whose life has been a dumpster fire until recently.But the fire is about to start again, as Marty, a mysterious figure from the future texts him to warn of the impending school shooting. Facing two options, run or stay, John must choose between his own survival or Lana James', the girl he's always loved from afar. The same girl, who in Marty's future, saves humanity from extinction.
