Disclosure: read as part of our church’s Elder Continuing Education program. I’m not entirely sure that the book is as helpful as the authors think it is (at least not for me). They have some excellent reminders and there are some excellent points, which makes it encouraging, but not necessarily help......more

Small churches can get left out when training new pastors is done. Sometimes, it is because people don't realize how different a small town can be from a larger town or city.
