Short but 90% advertisement Pretty quick read. Not really sure if it was worth $5. Also, 90% of the book is the author saying “listen to self-talk recordings” which is a cheap ploy to get you to buy his $25/MONTH recordings. Shameless. Idk if they work or not or if they’re worth it...but it bothered......more

I found this incredibly helpful and am looking forward to implementing this into my life to make positive change. There were a few angles in this book I disagree with, but the overall premise is very important and a good reminder that self improvement requires constant and intentional work.......more
