In the magical land of Mizzipotazia, Mizzi Mozzi and her friends Lekko and Flip-Flop eagerly await the spectacular Mopera performance starring the renowned Donna-Diva Karaia Maraia and her dazzling Sparklee-Diamantee Dress. When Donna-Diva's carriage gets stuck in the mud, the trio devises a clever plan to use the dress as a kite to free it. Although they succeed, the dress gets lost in the sky, threatening to cancel the show.
