This is an audio book that one would listened to over and over again as it is guided meditation, but it also explains the process and how the process may not feel like it’s doing anything and you may not like it etc., but those who were forced to follow it despite not feeling comfortable with it etc......more

I bought this on the recommendation of my doctor. I have lumbar arthritis, and it causes me daily, constant pain. And I really hate narcotics; they don't help, they just make me sleepy and stupid. If I hurt badly enough, I might take one, but I go to sleep hurting, I wake up hurting, and I get cotto......more

Loved this book, it was very to the point and it helped with a few more pointers on consistency to meditate.
