I am usually not a worrier, stressed or anxious but this book came into my hands at a stressful time so I decided to read it. There are some good ideas here, the best for me is to - know my purpose - acknowledge my feelings - do what needs to be done. Similar to feel the fear and do it anyway.......more

Not a lot in here that was new for me, but there were some nice ideas for exercises and this was very accessible. I appreciated that he also highlighted anxiety disorders and had some suggestions for how to apply the techniques in the book to e.g. generalised anxiety disorder.......more
