A great read. An important historic book that helps outline the Black struggle for liberation in the earlier part of the 1920s & 1930s.. Marcus Garvey’s influence on the 1960s liberation movement is amongst the most well-known if you have studied that era. Malcolm X’s parents were Garvyites in fact.......more
