I didn't find this book of meditations helpful at all. I've always learned that meditation is best done simply. Focus on one word, or breathing, or just simply watching your thoughts go by, disconnected from them but observing, and continuing to draw back to one focal point. These meditations are ve......more
This is truly a lovely book of various guided meditations that would be nice to read, record and listen to when needed.
