Edgar Cayce's unique approach to meditation

Much more than simply a guided meditation, this program teaches the specific method of meditation advised by the famed Edgar Cayce. This is a complete step-by-step explanation of his unique approach to meditation based on information received while conducting his trance-like "readings."

While listening to this program, you will learn to:
• identify your personal and spiritual ideals
• create your own affirmation mantra
• use your personal spiritual ideals as sources of
self-actualization
• move energy through the spiritual centers of your body to enhance healing and harmony

Meditation by Edgar Cayce also features a special meditative sound environment, recorded utilizing a state-of-the-art, 360-degree sound technology. This blending of specially composed music with the natural sound of a tranquil setting will provide you with your own "meditation place" to which you can escape simply by putting on your headphones.

About Edgar Cayce

Edgar Cayce grew up in poverty and achieved only an eighth-grade education. By the time he was a teenager he was able to memorize an entire book simply by placing it near his head when he slept. His abilities helped him become a world-renowned psychic.
