Kanu...A Boy's Journey

Kanu...A Boy's Journey is about an adventurous young boy in ancient Africa. Kanu begins as a "trickster" but later must grow up fast when he comes upon danger in the jungle. Wild animals can speak, and Kanu understands them. Some would like to eat him for dinner, while others are helpful, or are they? Kanu must navigate the dangers if he is to safe his village...and only Kanu can save his people.
