I liked the premise of this book: orphans from Poland 🇵🇱 getting a better home in North America. However, there were undertones of scandal and villainy from Greenblatt that were never realized. Also, I found the ending a let-down. Too much felt unresolved. I did like the photos at the end that showed......more
