About Tiffany Chen

Tiffany Chen, president of Tiff’s Treats, graduated with a bachelor of science in advertising from the University of Texas. In 1999, she cofounded the nation’s first warm-cookie delivery company with her then-boyfriend, now-husband Leon Chen. She has spent the past twenty years growing Tiff’s Treats as cofounder and president, and the past seven years as mom to the couple’s twins.

About Leon Chen

Leon Chen is the cofounder, chairman, and CEO of Tiff’s Treats. Leon has served on several nonprofit boards, including Foster Angels of Central Texas, The Fifty, and the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. He is a mentor with SKU, an Austin-based consumer packaged goods incubator, and he sat on the board of directors for Epic, which was acquired by General Mills in 2016.
