Quick book, I like the little strategies given to help with memory. I thought my memory wasnt the best but after the very first exercise I got 9/10. I listened to this book in audio form and it took 70 minutes. It was a good refresher from some techniques. I learned 20 years ago. It wasn’t a bad book but didn’t have a lot ofof meat to it.
