Synopsis

As a former New York City cop who's working as a private detective in the state of Georgia, Myron Abramowitz is a stranger in a strange land. His big city detective agency has been hired by two rich heiresses to find their kidnapped father. This seems pretty straight-forward to Myron at first, but to his dismay he quickly discovers that so far south of the Mason-Dixon Line there are more things than he can possibly imagine in his philosophy.

About J.J. Campanella

J.J. Campanella resides in New Jersey with his wife and teen children. He is a full-time professor of genetics and part-time book narrator of more than 80 novels. He has over 40 scientific publications to his credit, almost 2000 citations, and is the author of the first Eddy Bratenahl novel A Sum of Destructions and the controversial novella, Ex Sanctorum: the Full Armor of God. He is a former Sofanaut Award winner and shares the 2010 Hugo Award for the StarShipSofa Podcast. He holds 1st degree black belts in the Japanese swords arts of Muso Shinden-ryu and Shinto Hatakage-ryu and is a Tengu-Sho-level practitioner of Shinkage-ryu.
