About Deborah Smith

Deborah Smith BSc (Hons), MSc, MAPP, MBPsS is a Positive Psychologist with over 25 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist working with individuals and groups. Best known for her work in wellbeing and mindfulness with WeightWatchers (WW) and writing a monthly Q&A page in WW magazine, Deborah has taught mindfulness and meditation across the UK and internationally for over 25 years. She runs corporate wellbeing workshops and residential wellbeing retreats, is a guest lecturer at Roehampton University and has a private practice in Bath.

I really enjoyed the practical activities to measure and increase happiness, and the colourful illustrations and informal writing style make what could be a technical subject relatable.
