This was a creepy book about a girl who can freeze and unfreeze people with the touch of a finger and uses that power to manipulate all the people who live close to her. What a fantastic book. I highly enjoyed it. The details and the overall writing was poetic and amazing. Now for the bad. I hated the heck out of Lannie, she made me so sick I couldn't see straight.
