Jeffrey Harvey is realising his dream – an ambitious project to use the icebergs of Antarctica to overcome drought in Africa. But his past is catching up with him. Love, deception, intrigue, and murder have followed him all his adult life, and now they come together to create a world where the difference between friends and foes is a matter of circumstance.
