I wrote most of these poems while the memories of a woman from my past scraped at my mind.I've learned to accept that life is about overcoming desire and finding peace in not getting what you want, but I'm only human, which means sometimes I enjoy entertaining an erotic, morbid, desperate, and painfully hopeful side of me when the mood strikes.My bottom line is this: if you've ever loved someone too much, or missed someone you couldn't forget, this modest collection of words and ideas might feel familiar.
