Synopsis

There were parts, especially towards the end, that were a bit too saccharine and cliché for my taste. Other than that, it was very enjoyable. This book was a “page-turner!” It lacked some believability in that it was about a civilian who infiltrated and completed a mission to France during WWII with only a month’s training that included a parachute jump at night! I was willing to allow myself to be pulled along and into the story anyway.......more
