Bob Schieffer, one of America's preeminent television journalists and former host of CBS's Face the Nation, is the author of This Just In: What I Couldn't Tell You on TV, Face the Nation: My Favorite Stories from the First 50 Years of the Award-Winning News Broadcast, and Bob Schieffer's America. He is a member of the Broadcasting Hall of Fame and in 2009 was named a Living Legend by the Library of Congress. He resides in Washington, D.C.
