Elmo Gets Arrested!

Elmo encounters a bully in this story! The very nasty street cat Scar Face Sam. The cat detectives - The Cat Alert Team come to his rescue along with a new surprise friend, Alfie the dog! Sir Jack Rascal, Silky, Magic and Midnight and some new cat friends plan a great adventure to save Elmo!
Elmo learns once again that good friends always help in troubled times and bullies always get caught.
