Curious is the Father’s love. It changes nothing and everything.As His love lands on the barren landscape of an orphan heart, it toils the soil of sonship, and like the faithful farmer, produces the fruit of the age-old invitation - will you accept my love?Our change comes in our followership of Jesus, but it is the Father’s love that orients us toward the walk. We can deny it, or we can accept it. It will change nothing, or it will change everything.We carry with us where it is that we come from. And should we risk pushing past the boundaries of bitterness and betrayal, we step into the Beloved Son’s understanding and experience of the Father’s love. The place we have been longing for all our lives; our divine place of belonging.
