Synopsis

Groundhog Day meets the worst super-spy, ever.

Every time Rueben Peet dies, he "returns" to his body with the memories of what's to come. It seems that he gets to "repeat" his mistakes again and again.

Good thing, too . . . Rueben is the worst super-spy ever.

When New York City comes under threat of nuclear destruction, Rueben is the only one who can save the city. But even an infinite number of re-dos is not enough, for lurking in the background is a nefarious force threatening not only NYC, but also the world.

Rueben and his trusted friends must find a way to stop this evil from consuming everything and everyone. And the only way to do it is by dying again to save the world.

Such a simple start to a boring day stuck in the office rut, each layer of complexity is logically added, each complex twist and turn understandable, and yet leaves you breathless. Our hero ne......more

The MC is likeable, and you find yourself rooting for him throughout. I did expect to find mention of Sarah somewhere thou. LO......more

I liked it This book was different in that the main character keeps getting killed. He keeps coming back to life so he can change the future. I slept through a few deaths but was able to follow the story. The best part was the author notes in the back. I may change these notes if I die and come back......more
