I love this series -- Juniper, Wise Child, and Colman -- but I love many of the books in this world that make herbalists, wise women, and dorans out to be ordinary people that can do special things. This book compared to the other two in the series got me quite depressed. As i was reading i could feel the unwellness of the author, and was really sad at the end of this journey due to Monica Furlong passing away i felt that the characters passed along with her at the end of the book (odd i know).......more
