Ghost stories abound in the lowcountry, and Detective Andy Winslow is about to find himself in the center of one.
Andy Winslow grew up hearing campfire tales of the Scarecrow; a monster that stalked the lowcountry's rural areas, killing people with a vengeance. Now, with farmers and their families around Charleston being murdered in record numbers, people start talking about the Scarecrow again.
