Her previous books include Pilgrimage in Islam and Muslims in the Western Imagination, which was a CHOICE Outstanding Academic Title of the Year. She currently resides in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

It's impossible to not be outraged by this book. It invokes white guilt over the cherished practice of yoga and all our favorite movies among other things.
