Synopsis

Blood on the Sand is a sweeping adventure set in 1830s South Africa, where exiled European James Hellanbach finds love, betrayal, and redemption in a land wilder than he imagined. As the lowveld burns with colonial greed and ancient power, James is forced to choose between two women, two loyalties—and the man he was and the man he must become. But in a place where the lions watch from the grass and the past is never silent, survival comes at a cost.
