Bidding farewell and leaving the familiarity of their first home, Lucy and Lou embark on their long-dreamed-of adventure, where they will finally discover what lies beyond the wall. Their experiences in the Nottlegum’s garden have taught them valuable lessons that all young mice must learn, and equipped them to face the challenges and perils they will encounter along the way. Drawing on the resources they acquired while in the safety of their parents nest, they discover the most valuable one of all… each other.
