Kevin Stoller believes that if we truly want education to improve, we must start by supporting the people leading our schools. As executive director of the Education Leaders’ Organization (ELO), Kevin leads a national community of school leaders committed to transforming education by strengthening leadership, fostering collaboration, and aligning entire school systems around what matters most—students. The mission at ELO is simple yet urgent: to give every student the best opportunity to succeed by equipping school leaders with the clarity, structure, and support they deserve.When he’s not working with school leaders, Kevin’s favorite role is with his family. After growing up in the Midwest, Kevin, his wife, Darci, and their three kids made the move to Arizona, where snow days turned into sunshine, hikes, and the goal to find every body of water within driving distance. Kevin still carries his Midwestern roots with him—grounded, family-focused, and fueled by a belief that the right people, when aligned around the right mission, can change lives for generations to come.
