I am a massive fan of Matt Dunn's books and this is up there with my present favourite (Home). The characters are fabulously drawn and great fun, there are plenty of the witty, killer lines that I expect from the author and an ending that satisfies and uplifts... plus added Spanish sunshine in this......more
I have no idea how Matt Dunn manages it, but not for the first time has has written a book based around the events of a short space of time - this time around its 48 hours and manages to fit in so many twists and turns along the way to keep readers on their toes.
