About Gillian Jackson

Gillian Jackson is the author of several psychological thrillers, including Abducted and The Accident. She initially pursued a career in childcare before moving on to train as a therapeutic counselor and eventually to a role in the voluntary sector with Victim Support. Her five years with the organization provided a wealth of experience and insight into the criminal-justice system, which has enriched her understanding of human nature and her writing.

Kim Bretton is an Audie Award nominee who has narrated over one hundred audiobooks. A Broadway World Award winner, she has also been voted Best Actress by the Nashville Scene. Jackson included too many mundane details, so the book seemed to drone on and on. Maybe it was the audiobook reader? Disappointed I read an earlier book of Gillians and enjoyed it so thought I’d try another. Unfortunately I did not like this book, I found it rather long winded and predictable. Won’t be reading any more of this author’s books.......more
